Attendance rate for this week: 92.92%
We had many students out sick this week, as well as several students absent due to family trips. Our overall attendance rate for the month of September was 95.69%, and our school goal is to reach 97% attendance.
Students are identified as chronically absent when their attendance rate is 90% or below, which is roughly equivalent to missing two or more days of school each month. When students miss school regularly, it can make it more difficult for them to stay on track academically and remain connected to their classroom learning, teachers, and peers. Let’s continue working together to achieve our school attendance goal and support our students in being successful.
